We’re currently hiring a School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) to support students across multiple grade levels in Worcester County, Massachusetts. This onsite opportunity is available for the 2025–2026 school year, with full-time hours based on coverage needs.

This is a valuable opportunity to support students in developing critical motor and mobility skills while working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and therapists to foster student success in a supportive school environment.

Position Details:

• Role: Physical Therapist
• Location: Worcester County, MA
• Start/End Date: ASAP - 8 week assignment
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, in person (hours TBD by school)
• Grade Level: K–12
• Caseload Information: To be determined by district assignment
• Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Support students in developing motor skills, balance, strength, and functional mobility.

• Follow established treatment plans and document student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.

• Participate in team meetings and help maintain compliance with district and state special education requirements.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist license or certification in Massachusetts.

• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
