Onward Search Education is partnering with a supportive district in New Haven County, CT, to hire a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year. Position Details

• Length of contract: 25/26 school year

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: Full-time
• Location: New Haven County, CT

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to support students’ academic and social-emotional development

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create and implement individualized plans

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed

• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education requirements

• Contribute to multi-tiered systems of support and district-wide mental health initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

• Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for supporting student success
