Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Lincoln County to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Location: Lincoln County, CO
Start Date: 08/03/2026
End Date: 05/28/2027
Schedule: 5 days/week
Grade Level: Pre - 12th grade
Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students across four school sites.
• Complete assessments and evaluations as part of the special education process.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation related to student progress and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students in accessing their education.

Qualifications:

• Must hold or be eligible for Colorado OT licensure.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
