Position Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and credentialed School Psychologist (LSSP) to join our school partners for the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you'll support students through comprehensive psychological services, assessments, interventions, and counseling while working alongside a multidisciplinary team to promote academic and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full and individual evaluations (FIEs) in accordance with federal and state guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student needs
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and school-wide strategies

Requirements

• Valid LSSP license in the state of Texas
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Strong understanding of special education laws and the evaluation process
• Experience in K–12 settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
