We’re currently seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position in Lake County for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Details:

• Location: Lake County, IL

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Duration: August 2025 – June 2026

• Weekly Hours: 35 guaranteed

• Caseload: Approximately 20 students

• Grade Levels: Pre-K through 8

• Setting: On-site only (Hybrid/Remote not considered)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to school staff and paraprofessionals

• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, related service providers, and families

• Ensure compliance with district policies and best practices in behavioral services

• Maintain detailed documentation and data collection

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• School-based experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
