We are currently hiring School Social Workers for the 2025–2026 school year to support PreK–8th grade students across multiple specialized school sites. Position Details:

• Position: School Social Worker

• Location: Chicago Heights, IL

• Duration: August 2025 – May 2026

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (35 hours/week)

• Age Group: PreK–8th grade (students with diverse emotional and complex support needs; caseloads vary based on IEP service minutes, typically serving around 30 students)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling and social-emotional support

• Support IEP and 504 Plan development

• Collaborate with staff and families on intervention strategies

• Connect students with community resources

• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Illinois PEL with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement – required

• Experience supporting students with emotional and/or multiple disabilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
