We’re partnering with a school district in Thurston County, WA to hire a School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year.

This full-time opportunity begins September 3, 2025, and runs through the end of the school year in June 2026. The role is based at a middle school (Grades 6–8), with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (subject to district hours).

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development through collaboration, assessments, and intervention planning. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and administrators to provide essential psychological services and help shape positive student outcomes.

Valid Washington State ESA certification for School Psychology is required.

Position Details:

• Location: Thurston County, WA.

• Start Date: September 3, 2025.

• End Date: June 2026 (end of school year).

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.

• Grade Level: Middle School (Grades 6–8).

• Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (subject to district schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention support.

• Assist with behavior intervention plans and data-driven decision making.

• Support academic and social-emotional development of students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State ESA certification for School Psychology.

• Experience working with middle school students preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of special education laws and assessment tools.
