We’re currently hiring a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support districts across Berks County, PA, for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.

This role offers a chance to support students receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a structured and collaborative school environment. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA and school staff to help students build skills and achieve meaningful progress.

Position Details:

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Berks County, PA

Duration: August 2025 – June 2026

Schedule: Monday to Friday, school hours

Setting: School-based (K–12 population; caseload varies by site)

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA.

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy in the school setting.

• Collect accurate data and report on student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff.

• Promote skill acquisition and appropriate replacement behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification (national credential required).

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred).

• Experience working with children or students with autism or behavioral needs.

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism in a team setting.
