We are currently hiring a School SLP in El Paso County, CO for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity running from August 11, 2025, through May 29, 2026. Hybrid arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This role offers the chance to work with students who are in need of speech therapy. You'll play a key part in delivering direct speech and language therapy services while collaborating with educational teams to support student success.

• MUST hold active Colorado (CO) SLP license.

• MUST have valid CDE SSP licensure for the area of work.

• SLPAs are not being considered for these roles.

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 11, 2025.

• End Date: May 29, 2026.

• Hours: 35-40 hours/week.

• Grade Levels: PreK–12

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services as outlined in students' IEPs.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations for speech and language needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the IEP team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.

• Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Provide support across multiple school sites as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado SLP license.

• Valid CDE SSP licensure for the area of work.
