We are currently seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an opportunity in Lake County, IL for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year, with potential to extend.

This flexible position offers both full-time and part-time options in a supportive school environment. You'll work with students from preschool through 8th grade, providing essential speech and language services to help them succeed in and out of the classroom.

Position Details:

• Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Lake County, IL
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2026
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available
• Grade Level: Preschool – 8th grade
• Hours: Flexible; shifts may fall between 7:50 AM and 4:00 PM
• On-Site: Must be able to work on-site

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in assigned grades.

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on IEP goals.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student communication needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting in compliance with district and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP license and PEL certification required.

• Previous school-based experience preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
