We’re seeking two compassionate and committed School Psychologists or School Social Workers (holding or eligible for licensure through the Colorado Department of Education) to join a collaborative and student-focused school team in Adams County, CO for the 2025–2026 school year. These are in-person W2 contract positions offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details:

• Location: In-person (hybrid or remote options are not available)

• Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Positions:

• 1.0 FTE Psychologist or Social Worker – Elementary

• 0.5 FTE Psychologist or Social Worker – Middle School

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct mental health services to students with mental health needs identified on their IEPs, including individual counseling, group sessions, and social skills development.

• Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Provide crisis support as needed within the school environment.

• Conduct evaluations in the social-emotional domain and participate in IEP development and documentation.

• Deliver both direct and indirect services for students requiring interventions.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker.

• SSP – Special Service Provider certification required.

• Demonstrated experience providing school-based counseling, evaluations, and behavioral interventions preferred.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting student success and emotional well-being.
