We’re partnering with a school in Clackamas County, OR to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on providing behavioral support to young learners in an elementary school setting.

As a school-based RBT, you will work closely with students, teachers, and supervisors to implement individualized behavior plans and help students achieve their developmental and educational goals.

Position Details:

• Location: In person, 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM

• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week

• School Year: 2025/2026

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for assigned students

• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors

• Assist in creating a positive and structured learning environment

• Support classroom teachers and other staff in behavioral strategies

• Communicate with supervisors and parents regarding student progress

• Attend training and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
