This is a dynamic role supporting elementary school students and offers a consistent weekday schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM.

Position Details:

• Location: Norfolk County, MA
• Start & End Date: 2025–2026 School Year
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM
• Caseload: K-2

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive student behavior
• Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistent interventions
• Monitor student progress and document behavioral data
• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support
• Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment

• Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism.
• Ability to follow structured behavior plans and support team collaboration.
• Strong communication and reliability.
