Location: In-person, Maricopa County, AZ

Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Provide direct instruction in academic, functional, communication, and behavioral skill areas.

• Maintain a highly structured classroom environment using evidence-based STC practices.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and positive behavior supports.

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and other related service providers.

• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Special Education Teacher certification (required).

• Experience working in STC, self-contained, or early childhood special education settings preferred.

• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance.

• Knowledge of structured teaching strategies and behavior support practices.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
