We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school district in Norfolk County, MA. This full-time opportunity begins ASAP and runs through June 2026, supporting students from preschool through 12th grade across two specialized programs.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering direct and consultative ABA services, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborating closely with educators and IEP teams to ensure best practices in behavioral support. You’ll work with approximately 26 students in programs focused on social-emotional learning and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Grade Level: Preschool–12th Grade

Caseload: Approximately 26 students across two specialized programs

Hours: Full-time (approximately 35 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students across multiple grade levels.

Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and related staff in implementing behavior strategies.

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure compliance and best practices in behavioral support.
Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required.

Massachusetts licensure or eligibility.

Previous school-based experience preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
