We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Elementary school district by providing essential speech and language therapy services. Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist

Schedule: 12-15 hours per week

Compensation: Starting at $50/HR
Role Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, addressing communication challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs and develop individualized intervention plans.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement strategies that support student success in the classroom and beyond.

Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans, ensuring compliance with Indiana state regulations and federal guidelines.

Advocate for students by connecting them with community resources and support services to enhance communication skills and academic achievement.

Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred but not required for CF applicants).

Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) Communication Disorders License for school-based practice.

Proven experience working with diverse student populations, including those with speech and language disorders and communication challenges.
