We’re partnering with a school district in Bremerton, WA to hire two full-time Occupational Therapists for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a dynamic opportunity to support K–12 students across up to three school buildings by delivering impactful occupational therapy services. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing IEP goals, collaborating with educators and COTAs, and helping students build the skills they need to thrive in and out of the classroom.

Position Details:

  • Location: Bremerton, WA.

  • Start Date: August 2025.

  • End Date: June 2026.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday.

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

  • Grade Level: K–12.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide school-based occupational therapy services across up to three school buildings.

  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and COTAs to develop and implement IEP goals.

  • Assist in temporarily covering additional buildings during the first 1.5 months of the school year while another OT is onboarded.

  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 50–60 students, with 1.5–2 days per week of COTA support.

  • Conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and support students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

  • Active Washington OT license (or eligibility).

  • Valid Washington ESA certification or ability to obtain.

  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
