We’re partnering with a school district in Marion County, IN to hire a School-Based Physical Therapist for the 2025–2026 school year.
This is a flexible opportunity open to both full-time and part-time candidates, supporting K–12 students across the district. The role starts ASAP and runs through June 2026.
This is a meaningful opportunity to support students’ mobility and access to education by providing physical therapy services across multiple school sites. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team focused on student growth and success.

Grade Level: K–12 (district-wide support)

Hours: To be determined based on caseload and district needs
Responsibilities:
-
Provide physical therapy services to students across multiple school sites in the district.

Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and provide progress reports.

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student mobility and access to the school environment.

Support students in developing motor skills, strength, balance, and functional mobility.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and district-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Current Indiana Physical Therapist license.
-
Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred.

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel between district schools as needed.
