We’re partnering with a school in Norfolk County, MA to hire a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025-2026 school year.

In this role, you will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to provide behavioral support to students. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a measurable impact on the growth and development of young learners on a full-time basis as part of a dynamic, student-centered academic team.

Position Details:

• Location: Norfolk County, MA
• Schedule: Full-time school day, Monday-Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral needs, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.

• Collect, track, and analyze data on student progress, behavior, and skill acquisition to guide instructional decisions.

• Provide direct one-on-one and small group interventions to support social-emotional development, classroom participation, and academic engagement.

• Collaborate with teachers, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated support for each student.

• Assist the classroom teacher with general activities, routines, and transitions to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school, program, and state requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential

• Experience working with children in school or clinical settings

• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to support an inclusive classroom while addressing individual student needs
