The district has multiple campus-based opportunities across elementary, junior high, and high school settings, including a bilingual Spanish opening.
All roles are fully on-site with no virtual or work-from-home options, and positions involve direct service delivery (no assessment-only or supervision-only roles).
Position Summary:
Speech-Language Pathologists in this district provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs. SLPs collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress toward IEP goals and communication success in the school environment. Work Setting: Direct therapy services only (no assessment-only roles)

Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
-
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to support carryover of communication strategies in the classroom.

Participate in IEP meetings, ARD meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
-
Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Support students’ speech, language, and social communication development across campus settings.
Qualifications:
-
Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (required).
-
Experience working with pediatric populations (required).
-
Public school experience preferred.

Bilingual Spanish proficiency required for the bilingual opening.

Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
