Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that connects educators, therapists, and school health professionals with opportunities in schools nationwide. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs for a short-term leave of absence assignment. Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply.
The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that individualized goals are met.
Position Details:
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Setting: Elementary School
Location: In-person, Adams County, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Assignment Dates: March 19, 2026 – End of School Year
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services

Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups

Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements

Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:

Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist state license (required)

Special Service Provider (SSP) certification (required)

Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome

Experience in a school-based setting preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
