Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations to help determine eligibility for special education services.
- Participate as a key contributor on multidisciplinary teams supporting student needs.
- Help complete functional behavior assessments and assist with behavior intervention planning.
- Support school teams through response-to-intervention and multi-tiered systems processes.
- Lead trainings on relevant topics and contribute to committees and team-based initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of IDEA and Article 7 requirements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings, including both leadership and participant roles.
- Ability to travel between multiple school buildings using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
