Onward Search is partnering with a supportive and student-centered school district in Grundy County, Illinois to find a passionate and collaborative School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a district that values your expertise and is committed to the academic, social, and emotional success of every student.

Location: Grundy County, Illinois
Start Date: August 11, 2025
Schedule: Full-time, school hours (M–F)
Caseload & Grade Levels: To be discussed based on district needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students across grade levels

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop effective IEPs

  • Provide individual and group counseling as needed

  • Support students with behavioral and emotional needs through intervention planning

  • Serve as a vital member of the MTSS and special education teams

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology

  • PEL (Professional Educator License) with a School Psychologist endorsement in Illinois
