We’re currently hiring a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for a full-time, itinerant position in Greeley, CO for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a diverse caseload of K–12 students across multiple school sites, delivering both direct and consultative services. Position Overview:

• Title: Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)

• Location: Itinerant | Greeley, CO

• Contract Dates: August 4, 2025 – May 22, 2026

• Schedule: Approx. 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 35 hrs/week

• Caseload: 15 students | Grades K–12

Responsibilities:

• Provide itinerant TVI support across multiple school locations

• Deliver direct and consultative services per students’ IEPs

• Modify curriculum and materials to ensure accessibility

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families

• Promote student independence and access to assistive technology

• Coordinate with Orientation & Mobility (O&M) staff as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education Special Education Specialist License – Visual Impairment (Ages 0–21)

• Experience in K–12 educational settings (preferred)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
