Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Norfolk County, MA to hire three School-Based Occupational Therapists for Extended School Year (ESY) services.

Start Date: July 1, 2025
End Date: August 2025
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Grade Levels: Preschool, Elementary, District-Wide
Hours:

• Preschool: 3 hours/week (morning hours) | July 1 – August 1
• Elementary: 28 hours/week | July 1 – August 15
• District-Wide OT Support: 12 hours/week | July 1 – August 15

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
• Adapt therapy approaches based on student age and developmental level

Qualifications

• MA OT License (active and in good standing)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
