Onward Search Education is excited to partner with a school district in Will County, IL to hire a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year.
Location: Will County, IL
Start Date: August 11, 2025
End Date: May 22, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:40 PM
Grade Level: District-wide (varied grade levels)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.

Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques.

Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Provide consultation and support across classrooms and grade levels.
Qualifications:
-
Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Valid Illinois PEL with appropriate endorsement (or eligibility to obtain).

Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
