We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting school-based opportunity in a rural Washington school district. This is a full-time role for the 2025–2026 school year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive educational community where you'll share a manageable caseload with another experienced Occupational Therapist. You’ll work across six buildings and play a key role in supporting students' development and success.

Active Washington OT License and valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification are required.

Position Details: Location: Rural school district in Washington
Schedule: Full-time, 7 hours/day
Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year
Caseload: Approx. 1,500 students district-wide (shared with another OT)
Buildings Covered: 6 total – 1 Pre-K, 3 Elementary, 1 Middle School, 1 High School

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to support students' educational needs.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement IEPs.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments in accordance with school and state guidelines.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

• Travel between assigned school sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington OT License.

• Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.

• Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required.
