Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Kit Carson County, CO to hire a school-based Occupational Therapist (OTR) for the 2025–2026 school year.

Location: Kit Carson County, CO
Start Date: August 1, 2025
End Date: May 29, 2026
Schedule: 3 days/week
Grade Level: PreK–12th grade
Hours: Approximately 22.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across four school sites.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and contribute to IEP development and implementation.
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive strategies.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Colorado Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
